On the menu…

Every week our team of chefs get together and share new recipe ideas to feature on our changing market menu. This will all be presented in the form of an open cooking class or presentation every Tuesday lunchtime between 12pm-4pm, where we invite you to watch in and have the opportunity to taste, learn, share ideas and become part of the process.

Our food direction aims to offer a multi-cultural gastronomic experience, bringing together long standing family recipes passed on through the generations with authentic regional recipes and seasonal favourites. Dishes are carefully designed and selected to work well together and are packed full of personality and flavour to be enjoyed in true SkyMarket style.

Cuisine combines the heritage, knowledge, intuition and experience of our kitchen team to produce a unique mix and match tasting menu.

This week introduces exotic Indonesian dishes from Sumatra to the Moluccas, a fresh approach to African dishes from Morocco to Sierra Leone and reconstructed Caribbean dishes from Jamaica to the Antilles.

Order tapas style dishes from the main market stall or street food options from the ‘Kaki Lima’  (Indonesian for ’5 legs’- 2 legs of the vendor, 3 legs of the street food cart).

NO NEED TO BOOK. The SkyMarket operates a ‘first come first served’ table system.

Tables are limited, however, food and drink can always be enjoyed throughout the space in true ‘Market style’. In order to best serve all our guests we do not seat incomplete parties, this helps reduce waiting times by decreasing open tables. Early arrival recommended!
